The Project
Made in Italy is an exhibition project conceived for Piazza di San Silvestro in Rome, an invitation to experience the culture of Italian fashion transformed into a city experience.
The exhibition takes shape through three stands located within famous Roman newspaper kiosks, reimagined as miniature thematic sets. Each level narrates a stage: raw materials, identity and design, image and dream — a path that begins with matter and culminates in the imagination.
The logo is inspired by the unmistakable travertine benches designed by architect Paolo Portoghesi for the piazza: sweeping, flowing lines cut down to a graphic oval, an icon of openness and flow. A subtle sign, but one that is firmly rooted in the place.
Vibrant pink, the project's color, permeates the entire urban environment, transforming the public space into an immersive catwalk. A project in which the city and fashion meet, and "Made in Italy" becomes a tangible and collective narrative.
